Our sales, service, and parts centers continue remaining open during the pandemic, and we want to let you know how our procedures have been modified in these times, such as adding vehicle delivery and at-home services. Here are new services we have added to keep our customers and associates safe:

Senior/"At Risk" Hours: We have instituted special hours for senior citizens and "At-Risk" people for extra protection. They have priority to visit the dealership from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. All other customers can stop by after 9:30 a.m.

Service Pickup and Delivery: Are you unable to leave home because of work or watching the kids? We will get your vehicle, take it for maintenance, and then return it when work is complete. Pay securely over the phone, and we will have your vehicle appropriately sanitized. Some exclusions may apply.

Online Service Scheduling: If you can come by for servicing, schedule an appointment with our online appointment form. We will have you in and out as quickly as possible.

Drop-off Lot: You also can drop off your vehicle at the dealership and use our Key Drop at any time.

At-Home Vehicle Purchase: Conveniently buy your vehicle from the comfort of home through our website. Complete the online financing form, and the sales staff can confirm the application over the phone or via chat. Request to have the selected vehicle delivered to your home with all the essential paperwork in a sealed envelope.

At-Home Test Drives: Participate in this critical step by scheduling a test drive at your home. A sales professional will bring the vehicle to you so you can try it out. We also communicate through video "Deliveries," where a product specialist will use FaceTime to showcase all the new attributes on the exterior and interior of your choice.

Car Appraisals Made Easy: Learn how much your current vehicle is worth by using our online value your trade tool. Apply the amount for your next purchase, or we can even buy the vehicle outright.

As we continue curtailing the spread of COVID-19, we are working with federal, state, and local health agencies while following their guidelines. We meticulously sanitize desks, door handles, phones, and many other "high touch" surfaces throughout the day at the dealership. We wish our customers and associates the utmost safety during these challenging times, and we are here to meet and exceed all your automotive needs. We even have appointments available in our Ford service center.
